Time Scales For Completion Of Orders

 

Non Personalised Orders are being dispatched in approx 5  working days

  Personalised Printed Place Cards 10 working days

Personalised Menus, Table plan 10 working days

Order of Service Booklets - 4 weeks

 (We do not work week-ends or bank holidays)

During busy periods these estimates may be longer.

If you need your order sooner than the estimated dates quoted below, please use our rush order service.

Remember to take delivery into account too.

Please note the dispatch times when ordering your goods, and make sure that you order in time for your event. We will not be held liable for delays to orders that are dispatched and delivered. Please order well in advance if this is possible. We aim (but do not guarantee dates quoted) The time scales above are estimates only.

Please contact us before ordering, if you are working to a tight schedule. We will be able to advise you about our current workload. And let you know if it is possible to complete your order in time for your event.

Handmade Wedding Invitation Notice

We would strongly recommend placing your order asap if you would like us to complete your Wedding Invitations for you. That way we can make sure we have all the items in stock, ready to complete your order!

What forms of payment can I  use?

Once you have selected your items to purchase you have a range of payment options intended to suit you.

We accept Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Switch and Solo.

I am having problems paying via  PAYPAL

Please give us a call in that case. We not take payment over the phone!

When will the payment be taken from my account?

Payment will be taken before your order is completed or dispatched

Is it safe for me to use my credit card?

Shooting Star provides totally safe and secure online shopping 24 hours  a day, 7 days a week.

 

Will my personal details be kept private and secure?

At Shooting Star we are committed to protecting your security and privacy.

 

Will I receive a receipt for my  order?

On placing your order you will receive e-mail confirmation of the products that you have ordered and their respective prices via paypal.  All you have to do is print this information out for your records. If you would like us to send you a copy, please contact us. We will send one out with your completed order if you would like us to!

 We will not contact you regarding your order placed. As your order confirmation comes direct from Paypal. We will only contact you if you need to send on your guest list, menu details etc  or make any changes to your order. We will then contact you to confirm receipt of your e-mail.

 

 I would like to cancel my order, is this  possible?

If you decided you do not want to go ahead with your order, we will be happy to forward your funds back to you.

For personalised/made to order items ordered. If you decided to cancel, the same applies also. But if the order has been started, we will not be able to offer a refund.

DELIVERY

How much will I be charged for delivery?

Due to the price rise with Royal Mail we have had to increase our p & p charges.

UK orders - delivery charge will be £3.99 for orders of £15.00 or  less.

£15.01 - £50.00  delivery is £5.99

£50.01 - £100.00 is £6.99 per order

£100.01 - £149.99  is £7.99

£150.00 plus - £10.99

How will my products be delivered?

Your products will be delivered  via Royal Mail

Please make sure that you enter your correct delivery address when ordering. We will not be liable for the failure to deliver the goods ordered if an incorrect address is provided.

Returns

If you would like to return goods to us, please forward them back to us within 7 days from the dispatch date. They must be sent back to us in perfect condition, and in the original packing. We will then be happy to forward on a refund for products. The price of postage and packing will not be refunded.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING YOUR GOODS

The  right to returning goods does not apply to  goods such as sweets, and goods made to order or personalised. We do accept returns for plain guest books, plain favour boxes, ribbons on rolls, plain place cards, blank cards, envelopes, vellum papers and embellishments. All other products are made to order. For this reason can not be returned.

It is advisable to order samples before placing any order. That way you can see the shades and styles we offer!

 

Personalised Orders

We would advise you to order samples if you are thinking of ordering personalised products. That way you can see the quality, and design before your order is placed with us. Once a personalised order is completed to your exact requirements, we can not offer a refund.

 

I've just ordered, can you dispatch my order urgently?

We pack and dispatch orders in the order that they are received.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If you have already been charged, we will refund all money due.

Delivery Times
We will try to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are estimates only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.

To avoid this - please order well in advance.

Lost/Missing Parcels

Royal Mail will not declare a parcel (or letter) missing until 15 working days after it was sent. If after this time you have still not received your parcel, we will then submit a claim for the missing parcel via Royal Mail and you will receive a full refund. We will take care of this process for you!

  • Orders Placed

Please note that no contract will been formed with the buyer until the order has been dispatched.

 We also reserve the right to supply a substitute item if any products are out of stock at the time.

 This will be as close to the original item as possible.

Important Information

All confectionery may contain traces of nut.

All products are not suitable for children 3 years or under.
